Cancellation Policy — Jamshedpur
1. Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one night’s room charge.
- No-show guests (who do not cancel and do not arrive) will be charged 100% of the first night.
2. Same-Day Bookings
For reservations made on the same day as arrival, cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Peak Season & Special Events
- During peak periods (festivals, long weekends, major events), free cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the total booking amount or one night’s charge, whichever is higher.
4. Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)
- A 25% advance is required at the time of booking.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the advance.
5. Early Departure
Guests who check out earlier than the booked duration may be charged for one additional night or the remaining booking, depending on the rate plan.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
